Red Tea

Red Tea made from Vietnam Ancient Snow Shan Tea produces ruby red liquor, aroma of tropical fruit, light bittnerness, strong and deep layers of sweetness

This tea must go through a partial oxidation stage. Tea leaves after harvesting is laid on bamboo trays in thin layer and withered lightly in shade outdoor. This withering process require stirring leaves each 1-2 hours for a natural aroma in 12 hours. Then comes the manual rollings which repeats for several times before fermenation on the trays. Last but not least is drying the final products.
