White tea
White Tea from Snow Shan Tea is the kind of tea with crystal clear liquor, sometimes a hint o yellow shines through, the taste is almost as pure as water, hence the name. The signature characteristic of this tea is its aroma filled with flowery, grassy note note, and its cool sweetness. Normally, locals use Snow Shan tea bud to produce white tea. This creates a light but lingering taste with floral fragance. Or, some time one bud one leave can be used to create a stronger white tea.
This tea only have a very light oxidation process. To make it, bud/leave is lightly withered, fermented and then dried without rolling or any heavy handling. This helps to preserve the freshly soothing taste and aroma of White Tea
